キャンセル料について
■20日～8日前30% 、7日～2日前 50%、前日 80%、当日 100%となります。
※台風・その他・天災の場合、その限りではありません。
※キャンセルの際は、お電話・メール・お問い合わせホームより御連絡をお願いいたします。
キャンセル料・振込手数料を差し引き御指定の口座へお振り込みさせて頂きます。
外国からのお客様へのご注意
■宿泊利用可能条件
ＮＯＴＩＣＥ for guests from another country(non-Japanese)
■We only accept the resarvation with conditions which are as follows;
※1. a person who has Japanese bank account, and can deposit the staying fee into our account
bc of the bank account problem.
We take books formally after you deposit the fee into our bank account.
However, our bank doesn’t receive the international remittance.
※2. at least one person who can speak Japanese stay together bc of the communication problem.
We have a check-in system without seeing, so we don’t have a clerk who is permanently
stationed at our cottage.
When you get in any trouble while your staying, ex.:some emergency happen,
a clerk will visit to the cottage, but we don’t have one who can speak English.
So we can’t have a conversation and solve the problem.
We apologize these inconvenient and thank you for understanding.
